Achieved ~60% revenue growth (~$11K) with a 55% leaner team by optimizing team structure, timelines, and engagement. Built a pipeline of 7 potential clients including Boston City Council. Pioneered automated budgeting using Google Apps Script, optimizing over $16K in financial workflows. Drove up to 100% increase in stakeholder participation through strategic rebranding and competition redesign.
